We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your purchase, and all pieces, in its original packaging with the invoice within 15-days from the date of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

I received damaged merchandise. What do I do?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Damaged, defective, or missing merchandise must be reported to us within five days of receipt. Failure to report damaged, defective or missing merchandise will void any and all guarantees, stated or implied. To report issues, email your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email, invoice number and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. We will make every effort to resolve the problem.

Returns for purchased jewelry must be returned within 15-days from the date of receipt in its original packaging and must include the invoice. Returns received after 15-days are not eligible for return or refund. To receive a refund, return your merchandise in resalable, undamaged, unmarred condition with all jewelry pieces, when applicable, postage prepaid, to ATTN: RETURNS • JDK LLC • 602 S. Florida Ave, Ste. 307 • Alamogordo, NM 88310. Please allow 2 weeks for return delivery of your merchandise and the refund.

What kinds of payments do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and checks. PayPal is a very safe and secure way to make payments. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check payment has been cleared by the bank. This process can 7-10 business days. Once the check has cleared, your order will be shipped.

Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii, except Puerto Rico, is USPS. Delivery time is approx. 3 to 10 business days from the shipping date.
